Annual device maintenance is an important part of ensuring the safety of devices and treatments. Regular maintenance can help your devices last longer and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns and necessary repairs. It also ensures that your devices comply with legal requirements and that the results of your treatments remain consistent. 

This is particularly important for devices that are subject to the NisV Ordinance:

Authorities have the option of imposing fines for violations of the NiSV Ordinance. An administrative offence within the meaning of Section 8(1)(3) of the Act on Protection against Non-Ionizing Radiation when Used on Humans is committed, among other things, by anyone who intentionally or negligently fails to ensure that the documentation required under the NiSV is prepared, including proper maintenance of the devices. In such cases, fines of up to 50,000 euros can be imposed.

To make maintenance even easier for you, the REVIDERM maintenance mobile will also come to your region. This means you can have all your devices serviced at once.

How does maintenance work?

  1. Registration: You need to register once. All your device data is automatically stored in your profile. Please check that your data and devices are complete.
  2. Booking a maintenance appointment: In the "Maintenance appointment" tab, you can select all the devices you would like to have serviced. In the next step, you can choose whether you would like to have all devices serviced at once or on individual days. For individual devices, you can specify a desired period. We will do our best to fulfill this request. Then click on "Reserve appointment".
  3. Confirmation of maintenance appointment: The reservation does not yet constitute a guaranteed maintenance day. We will contact you promptly with a confirmed maintenance date and location.
  4. Maintenance: On the day of maintenance, we ask you to bring the device to the maintenance location by 09:00 at the latest. You can then collect your device again in the evening at around 17:00.
    If necessary, maintenance can also be carried out directly at your location - you will find all the details in your confirmation of the maintenance appointment. We will then give you a time frame within which the technician will come to you. If there are any delays due to traffic jams or similar, our technician will contact you.  
    It is also important that you grant the technician access to your institute, as some devices need to be serviced on your premises.

 

Important note: The service vehicle can currently only be booked for maintenance - repairs are not carried out.
