Cancellation policy

It is always possible that you will not be able to keep an appointment, so please cancel your appointment in good time if you are unable to keep it. The following costs will be charged in the event of last-minute cancelation: 

•  4 weeks: free of charge  
• < 4 weeks: 25% of the maintenance price
• < 2 weeks: 50% of the maintenance price    
• < 1 week: 75% of the maintenance price
• No show: 100% of the maintenance price (+ travel allowance)
